Wooden Marble Sort Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 10, 2026

This policy covers Wooden Marble Sort for iPhone and iPad (bundle identifier com.eaydin.woodenmarblesort). It describes game information, advertising and consent services, in-app purchases, and support correspondence. The separate Eaydin website privacy policy covers visiting our website.

1. Who is responsible and how to contact us

Wooden Marble Sort is provided by Emre Aydin, operating as an individual under the Eaydin name. For game support or privacy requests, email emre@eaydin.org. Please identify the game and describe your request. Do not send passwords, payment card details or unnecessary personal information.

2. Information stored on your device

The game does not require a game account or sign-in. Level progress, completed levels, stars, best moves, sound and haptic settings, and cached purchase ownership are stored in local app preferences. The game does not upload these gameplay records to a developer-operated game server or enable a separate remote game analytics or crash-reporting service.

Local information remains on the device while retained by the app. Removing the app can remove local information; Apple device backup or restore settings may affect what is preserved. Deleting local app information does not cancel a purchase or automatically delete records held by Apple, Google or RevenueCat.

3. Advertising: Google AdMob

The free game uses Google AdMob to display automatic interstitial ads at gameplay transitions and optional rewarded ads chosen by the player. The current implementation requests non-personalized ads. Non-personalized advertising still involves technical information and does not mean that no data is collected.

Google's Mobile Ads SDK may process IP addresses and approximate location inferred from them, app or device identifiers, advertising identifiers where permitted, ads displayed and interactions with them, other product interactions, and crash, performance and diagnostic information. Google uses this information for advertising delivery and measurement, analytics, SDK reliability, and related security and fraud prevention. The game does not request GPS location permission.

Each level offers one free Undo. A later Undo requires a separate completed rewarded ad; one completed ad grants one Undo and rewards do not accumulate. If the ad is not completed or fails, the move is not undone. Rewarded ads are optional and you can continue playing without choosing them.

The optional one-time Remove Ads purchase disables automatic interstitial ads. Optional rewarded ads remain available when chosen. The purchase does not remove purchase validation services or imply deletion of information already processed by advertising providers.

Read Google's privacy policy and Google's advertising information for provider practices and choices.

4. Consent and advertising choices: Google UMP

The game uses Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to obtain current consent information and present applicable privacy messages. UMP may process approximate location, consent decisions, product interactions and performance information to determine applicable messages and provide consent functionality.

The game checks UMP before requesting ads. When the SDK reports that a privacy-options entry point is required, Settings displays Ad privacy choices, allowing you to review or change the available choices. The European regulations message applies to users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland. Available choices and message presentation depend on the applicable region and the configured UMP message. The consent message identifies participating advertising partners and links to their information. Ads are requested only when UMP reports that requests are allowed. If an update fails, UMP may still report that requests are allowed using a valid existing consent state. An error by itself does not grant permission or authorize personalized advertising.

The app does not independently request Apple's App Tracking Transparency permission in the current implementation. If an Apple permission prompt is presented through an enabled UMP flow, you can accept or decline it. An advertising identifier requiring permission must not be accessed without that permission. Your device's Privacy & Security settings also provide relevant controls.

5. In-app purchases: Apple and RevenueCat

Apple processes the optional Remove Ads payment. The game and its developer do not receive your payment card or bank account details. Apple handles information under Apple's privacy policy.

The game uses RevenueCat to validate store transactions, determine Remove Ads ownership and restore purchases. RevenueCat receives purchase and transaction information, receipt or store verification information, product and entitlement status, an automatically generated anonymous app user identifier, and technical app/device information used by its purchase service. These records support purchase functionality, entitlement verification and purchase analytics.

The app does not supply RevenueCat with a custom account identifier, email address or phone number. The operator confirms that no additional RevenueCat integrations are enabled. An anonymous identifier is still an identifier; it does not mean that no information is processed. Purchases can be restored through Restore Purchases in Settings. Read RevenueCat's privacy policy for more information.

6. Support correspondence

If you contact us, we receive your email address, message and any attachments you choose to send. We use this information to respond, troubleshoot the issue and handle privacy requests. Our email and website service providers may process technical and operational records to deliver and protect their services. Please avoid including sensitive information that is unnecessary for the request.

7. Sharing and international processing

Information described above is processed by Apple, Google and RevenueCat for their respective services, and by service providers handling our support correspondence. Providers may process information in countries other than your country. Their notices explain their processing locations and transfer arrangements. Information may also need to be disclosed where required by law or necessary to address fraud, security incidents or legal claims.

8. Retention and deletion

Local game records follow the device and app storage lifecycle. Advertising, consent and purchase records are retained under the respective providers' retention practices and applicable legal requirements. Removing the app or buying Remove Ads does not automatically remove those records. Purchase records may be needed to support restoration and verify ownership.

You can contact us to request information about or deletion of records we can identify and control. We may need information sufficient to verify the request and locate the relevant record. We cannot promise to identify an anonymous app user solely from an email address, or delete records independently controlled by Apple or Google. We will explain the available process and any applicable retention requirement.

9. Your privacy rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of information, restrict or object to processing, and withdraw consent. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal. Contact emre@eaydin.org to make a request. You may also contact your local data protection authority. Advertising choices can be revisited through the available UMP controls and device settings.

10. Children and audience

The game has no account registration, messaging or player-generated content. Advertising and purchase services still process information as described above. A store age rating describes content suitability and does not itself establish permission to collect children's information. If you believe information relating to a child requires attention or deletion, contact us.

Wooden Marble Sort is intended for a general audience and is not directed specifically to children or offered as an Apple Made for Kids app. We do not knowingly collect children’s personal information through support correspondence. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can investigate and handle the information appropriately.

11. Legal basis and updates

We use purchase verification information to provide and restore the purchase you request, support correspondence to respond to your request, and technical information to deliver and protect the services described in this policy. Advertising and device storage are subject to applicable consent requirements and your available UMP choices. Providers explain their own processing purposes and legal bases in the linked privacy notices. This policy does not replace a required consent choice.

We will update this policy when the game's processing practices change. The published version will show its update date. Material changes requiring a new choice will be presented through the relevant app or consent mechanism.
