Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 5, 2026
This policy explains how Eaydin handles information when you visit eaydin.org or contact us. It applies to this studio website. Any future app, game, or tool will have its own privacy information where needed.
1. Who we are
Eaydin is an independent apps, games, and tools studio. Eaydin is responsible for the personal information handled through this website. For privacy questions or requests, contact emre@eaydin.org.
2. Information we handle
This website has no accounts, contact forms, payment processing, advertising scripts, or analytics scripts. We do not ask you to provide personal information to browse it.
If you email us, we receive your email address, the contents of your message, and any information or attachments you choose to send. Please only send information relevant to your enquiry.
Our hosting provider, Hostinger, may process technical information such as your IP address, browser information, requested pages, and access times as part of delivering and protecting the website. Hosting and email providers may also maintain operational and security logs.
3. How and why we use information
We use correspondence to respond to enquiries, discuss collaborations, and keep relevant business records. Technical information supports website delivery, maintenance, and security. We do not sell personal information or use this website to build advertising profiles.
Where applicable data protection law requires a legal basis, these activities rely on our legitimate interests in operating a secure website and answering enquiries, taking steps at your request before an agreement, or meeting legal obligations. If a future activity requires consent, we will ask for it at that time.
4. Cookies and browser storage
The website’s own code does not set cookies or use local storage, session storage, or similar tracking technologies. Fonts and visual assets are served with the site, and social content is linked rather than embedded. Hosting-level features may operate separately from the website’s code.
5. Providers and external links
Hosting and email service providers may process information as needed to provide their services. We may also disclose information where required by law or necessary to protect legal rights. We limit disclosure to what is needed for the purpose.
Social links take you to Instagram, TikTok, X, or YouTube. Your interaction with those services is governed by their own privacy policies. Clicking an email link opens your email application; sending a message uses your email provider.
6. International processing
Hosting, email, and other service providers may process information outside your country. Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, those requirements apply to the relevant processing arrangements.
7. Retention and security
We keep correspondence only for as long as reasonably needed to handle your enquiry, maintain relevant records, or meet legal obligations. The appropriate period depends on the nature of the enquiry. Hosting and email logs are subject to the providers’ retention arrangements.
We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information involved. No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
8. Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information; object to processing; or request portability. If processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing.
Send requests to emre@eaydin.org. We may need to verify your identity and will respond within the period required by applicable law. You may also contact your local data protection authority.
9. Children
This studio website does not knowingly solicit personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information that should be removed, please contact us. Age-related policies for future products will be described separately.
10. Updates
We may update this policy as the studio and website evolve. The date at the top of this page shows the latest revision. Material changes will be explained here.
